Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Remove the 12 pin connector from the ignition control box
Remove the tube from right hand connector of APS
Note the operating pressure indicated on the pressure switch
Connect air pressure switch charge kit to +VE connection on the APS
Remove the tube from right hand connector of APS
Note the operating pressure indicated on the pressure switch
Connect air pressure switch charge kit to +VE connection on the APS
Measurement:
Increase the pressure via the syringe to that indicated on the pressure switch.
Measure the resistance between pin 6 (brown) and 7 (black) on the connector.
Expect continuity or zero resistance.
Notes:
1. APS is shown removed for clarity but test is
carried out with APS in situ with the wires connected.
2. If continuity is not obtained when the specified pressure
is applied it is permissible to increase the pressure by 50%
3.100 Pascals = 1mbar / 50 Pascals = 0.5mbar
Measure the resistance between pin 6 (brown) and 7 (black) on the connector.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
