Isolate Water and Gas as appropriate

Tests carried out have revealed no reason for an overheat situation to have taken place so it is possible the appliance was in ignition lockout, further testing may be required as well as questioning the customer as to when the fault occurred to help determine if further investigation is required.

Upon completion of the fault diagnostics carry out final electrical safety tests and checks as per TOPs (C6).
