Set Appliance State:

Appliance drained and discharged
Remove the brass bypass housing (located between the flow and return pipes on the chassis of the boiler
Separate the two halves
Remove the bypass valve assembly
Remove the brass bypass housing (located between the flow and return pipes on the chassis of the boiler
Separate the two halves
Remove the bypass valve assembly
Observation:
Visually inspect the bypass valve assembly and spring are intact and in good condition.
Is the bypass valve in good condition?
Is the bypass valve in good condition?
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
