Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to AC Volts Set meter to measure AC Volts
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
Ensure no demands
WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow
TOPs P4 live testing procedure
Mains Power On

Measurement:

Measure the voltage between terminals 1 and 5
at connector X2 on the PCB,
With no demand mains voltage should be absent.
Note:
This test can be carried out while appliance is doing self check.
