E168 Fault Code
This can be caused by several different faults, click on the one that you think is the most specific to the situation.
1. The boiler has been reset and is now displaying E168
In this case, the boiler will have detected a fault, displayed by the previous fault code and then been reset, either automatically or by a user. Once the boiler starts up again it may not be able to detect the original fault. This choice will take you back to the fault codes so you can follow the path of the original fault code (only click if you know the previous code)
2. Incoming Mains has been interrupted or is irregular
This can only be tested at the boiler incoming mains supply
with a fluke meter which will tell you if you have 240vAC any
further testing will have to be done by an Electrician
3. Component Fault
There may be a fault with a boiler component or it may lack
electrical integrity. please check there are no water leaks in
and around the components as this can cause the E168 fault
NOTE: If none of the options are apparent then click option 3 as this will carry out a test on all the boiler components
