Case removal
Remove the single securing screw at the centre of the base of the outer casing.
Ease the base of the outer case forward approximately 50mm and lift to release the casing from the securing hooks at the top of the appliance.
Guide the casing off the appliance and remove. Place in a safe position away from the immediate working area.
Note
For the Air Pressure Switch to prove and the boiler to complete its ignition sequence the Front Inner Case has to be in position.
