Set Appliance State:
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Remove external controls from wiring from the appliance incoming terminal strip (marked swl - terminals 3 and 7) and make safe

Observation:
Has the appliance stopped firing with no demand?
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
