Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4

Measurement:

Remove the 2 Amp Fuse located on PCB and check resistance across fuse.
Replace fuse after test.
