Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove connector CN2 from the main PCB

Measurement:

Test 1:
Measure the resistance between pin 1 (Blue) and pin 2 (Brown) on connector CN2.
Expect approximately 0.78K Ohms
Test 2:
Measure the resistance between pin 2 (Brown) and Earth.
Expect open circuit.
Test 3:
Measure the resistance between pin 1 (Blue) and Earth.
Expect open circuit.
