Set Multimeter to DC Volts

Measurement:
Measure the voltage between the White wire at the fan DC connector (4 wire) and a suitable earth.
As the power is turned on to the appliance the voltage should start at approximately 9 VDC and then steadily increase to approximately 16 VDC or greater.
This process should take approximately 8 seconds to complete and then the voltage will return to approximately 1.3 VDC.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
