Measurement:
Run hot tap and allow boiler to fire and allow boiler to reach a reasonable operating temperature.
Using performance tester temp clamps measure the temperature of the flow and return pipes close to the combustion chamber in the boiler and ascertain temperature difference between flow and return.
Expected differential approx between 11°C and 20°C

2.DIFFERENTIAL NOT OK LOCAL BOILING
