Observation:
Allow fan to run and boiler to fire and allow system to reach a reasonable operating temperature.
Using telegan temp clamps measure the temperature of the flow and return pipes close to the combustion chamber in the boiler and ascertain temperature difference between flow and return.
Expected differential approx between 11°C and 20°C.

1. DIFFERENTIAL OK BUT LOW OR EXCESSIVE TEMPERATURES
2.DIFFERENTIAL NOT OK NOISE LOCAL BOILING
3. DIFFERENTIAL OK HEATING OPERATING SATISFACTORY
