Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
Remove connector from flow turbine and make safe
| WARNING! Mains voltage is expected during test, follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure |
Measurement:
Repeat previous test (shown below) and check whether the voltage is still missing:
Measure the DC voltage between Pin 7 (Red)
and Pin 6 (Blue) on connector X2.
Expect approximately 5 VDC
Measure the DC voltage between Pin 7 (Red)
and Pin 6 (Blue) on connector X2.
Expect approximately 5 VDC

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
