Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4

Observation:

While taking care to avoid any possible water damage, remove the clip from the bottom of the recuperator and inspect the pipe for any signs of blockages or restrictions.
Inspect the condensate trap and pipework
for blockages or restrictions.
