Set Appliance State:
Mains Power Off
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Turn Hot Water Tap On

Measurement:
Reset appliance as necessary.
Approximately 6 seconds after mains power is turned on, measure the voltage between pins 4 and 5 (brown and blue wires) on X6b connector at the PCB.
Mains voltage expected.
Note:
If a white board is fitted connector is in same location but is called X6 instead of X6b.
Approximately 6 seconds after mains power is turned on, measure the voltage between pins 4 and 5 (brown and blue wires) on X6b connector at the PCB.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
