Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4

Observation:

Check whether a jumper is fitted at "JP1" on the PCB.
Note:
JP1 = Test Mode - Fitted will leave the appliance on with no demand, default not fitted.
