Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to Resistance 
Measurement:
Check for continuity (zero resistance) between the brown wire at M1 on the PCB to the brown wire at the timer.
Check for continuity (zero resistance) between the blue wire at M1 on the PCB to the blue wire at the timer.
Inspect harness and connectors for good overall condition.
Check for continuity (zero resistance) between the blue wire at M1 on the PCB to the blue wire at the timer.
Inspect harness and connectors for good overall condition.
