Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Disconnect plug connector (marked JP11) from PCB

Measurement:

Measure the resistance across the white and blue connections, 1 & 2 (from the bottom) on JP11.
