Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4

Measurement:

Check fan is free to rotate and not seized by spinning the cooling rotor attached below the fan motor.
Fan impellor should spin freely with no signs of restriction in its rotation.
CAUTION: The fan and motor may be hot.
