Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove fuse F2 (green housing) from PCB

Measurement:

Remove the fuse from the PCB and measure its resistance.
Expect a short circuit
