Set Multimeter to AC Volts Set meter to measure AC Volts
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Main switch in ON position
Hot Water Control Thermostat set to Maximum
WARNING! Mains voltage is expected during test, follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure
Mains Power On

Measurement:

When burner lights measure 24VAC or greater across connections 28 and 27 on Modulation Coil.
