Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Disconnect the 4 way plug at the back left of the PCB

Measurement:

Measure resistance between connections marked 34 and 38 on the 4 way plug.
