Observation:
Check parameter A1 is set correctly for customer requirements / poor flow rate issue, default setting is Ht "recommended" (see table below), CLICK HERE for guidance on how to check & adjust parameter values.
Note.
As previously stated this boiler has an electronic flow control valve which limits the hot water flow rate until the set temperature is reached, thus reducing the waste water time when a tap is opened (Default setting). It is possible that this function may have been deactivated (parameter A1) depending on customer requirements & a fixed flow rate mode or other selected.
