Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to DC Volts Set meter to measure DC Volts
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
Ensure all fan connectors are fitted correctly
WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow
TOPs P4 live testing procedure
Mains Power On

Measurement:

Measure for DC voltage across pin 5 of connector X16 and a suitable earth connection.
Expected voltage approximately 28.0 Vdc (see note).
