Set Appliance State:

Drain the domestic hot water circuit and remove
electrical connection to the DHW flow sensor
Remove DHW flow sensor from the boiler
WARNING!
There may be residual water even when DHW inlet is turned off and water drained, take precautions to prevent water damage to the electrics when flow sensor is removed

Observation:
Examine the flow sensor assembly for restrictions/blockages or damage.
