Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
CH Demand
Gain access to timer/programmer terminals

Measurement:

Measure for resistance across the terminals where the red wires connect to the timer/programmer.
Expected resistance continuity (zero resistance)
