Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to Resistance 
Disconnect connector X16 from the PCB
Measurement:
Measure the resistance of the diverter motor and harness at the connector X16.
Motor in HW position (pin out)
Motor in CH position (pin in)
Motor in HW position (pin out)

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
