Remove the cap covering the Minimum CO2 adjustment screw
Remove the flue sample point cap
Remove the flue sample point cap

Measurement:
Press reset to cancel purge cycle countdown.
Press the reset button for 8 seconds. The boiler will operate at a fixed output depending on the position of the CH temperature selector. This function will run for a maximum of 15 minutes or until the power button is pressed. Insert FGA sample probe into the flue gas sample point to measure CO2.
Minimum setting adjustment
Turn the CH Temp selector to Minimum. Then, using a 4mm Allen key adjust the Minimum adjustment screw until a reading of 9.7% +/- 0.5 CO2 is achieved. Clockwise to increase CO2 and anti-clockwise to decrease CO2.
Maximum setting adjustment
Turn the CH Temp selector to Maximum and fully open a hot tap. Then, using a flat blade screwdriver adjust the Maximum adjustment screw until a reading of 10.5% +/- 0.5 CO2 is achieved. Anti-clockwise to increase CO2 and clockwise to decrease CO2.
Close the tap when set and re-check the minimum setting. Repeat the procedure if necessary.
After setting procedure is complete remember to refit the flue sample point cap and check for tightness.
