Measurement:

Fascia panel removal
Undo the two screws in the top left and right hand corners of the fascia panel and hinge down.
Front panel removal
Remove the four screws which secure the front casing. Lift the front casing forwards and upwards clearing the locating lugs on the top of the boiler.
