Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Remove the wiring to the external controls
(or wire link if present) at connections 1 and 2 of the incoming mains terminal strip and make safe
(or wire link if present) at connections 1 and 2 of the incoming mains terminal strip and make safe
| WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure |
Observation:
Does the boiler still try and fire or does it now enter standby?
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
