Isolate Water and Gas as appropriate

The appliance appears to be working satisfactorily at the moment, however intermittent thermistor faults are a known issue with this appliance and it is recommended that the full XSol model is used to check the operation of the appliance fully. Click here to do this
Upon completion of the fault diagnostics carry out final electrical safety tests and checks as per TOPs (C6).
