Observation:
On power up LED "B" should flash very slowly (once every 5 seconds) while LED "A" should be permanently off, normal operation.
Do the LEDs operate as described above?

If LEDS are flashing once per second as in the example fault code or LED "B" shows solid red the "FAULT CODE SHOWN" option must be selected.
