Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove both wires from the modureg

Measurement:

Measure the resistance between the two terminals of the modureg.
Expect approximately 48 ohms.
Is the resistance measured as expected?
