Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove connector M7 from the PCB

Measurement:

Measure the resistance between pins 24 and 25 on connect M7
Expect continuity / zero resistance.
Is the resistance measured as expected?
