Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Remove 1 wire from the modureg and make safe
attach U gauge to burner pressure test point
attach U gauge to burner pressure test point
| WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure |
Observation:
If the boiler locks out during this test it will be necessary to
reset it until the result of the test can be established.
During the sparking stage of the ignition cycle try to adjust
the ignition pressure to the correct level (2.2mb)
Turn the smaller inner nut clockwise to increase the pressure
and anti clockwise to decrease it.
Can the minimum pressure be set correctly?
Note:
1. The burner may take some time to fully cross light this is normal and the test can still be carried out.
2. When pressure gauge is removed the pressure test point should be tightened and checked for gas tightness.
