Set Appliance State:
Gas Off
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Selector Switch in HW position.
Connect crocodile clip to Thermocouple.
Selector Switch in HW position.
Connect crocodile clip to Thermocouple.

Measurement:
Depress the Gas Valve Control Knob.
After approximately 20 seconds measure Mains Voltage across Thermocouple and connector M2 connection 11 (Brown wire) on the main PCB.
After approximately 20 seconds measure Mains Voltage across Thermocouple and connector M2 connection 11 (Brown wire) on the main PCB.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
