Set Appliance State:

Gas On; Pilot On
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Selector Switch in HW position.
HW Thermostat to Max.
HW Thermostat to Max.

Observation:
Run Hot Water for two minutes.
Slowly turn HW Thermostat down (anti-clockwise) and observe flame.
Does main burner flame modulate?
