Set Appliance State:
Gas Off
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Gain access to PCB as necessary
Gain access to PCB as necessary
| WARNING! Mains voltage is expected during test, follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure |
Measurement:
Depress Gas Valve Control Knob and measure Mains Voltage across Relay 1 connection B (Yellow) and N (Blue) on the Appliance Terminal Block.
Note:
Mains voltage maybe available before the control knob is depressed.
For the purpose of this test ensure the control knob is depressed.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
