Set Appliance State:
CH Demand
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Purge Switch in NORMAL position
HW Switch in OFF position
CH Switch in CH Continuous position
CH Potentiometer set to maximum
Attach a U Gauge to the gas valve outlet pressure test point.

CH Potentiometer set to maximum
Attach a U Gauge to the gas valve outlet pressure test point.

Observation:
Allow the Fan to run and the pilot to ignite.
Does the Burner crosslight from the Pilot and operate at approximately 1.8 mb?
Note:
When U-gauge is removed pressure test point should be tightened & checked for gas soundness.
