Purge Switch in NORMAL position
HW Switch in ON position
CH Switch in OFF position
HW Potentiometer set to maximum
HW Switch in ON position
CH Switch in OFF position

Observation:
Do the flow (1) and return (2) pipes to the secondary heat exchanger heat up, and does the boiler complete its top up cycle?
Note:
Ensure the Secondary Heat Exchanger is sufficiently cool for the PCB to execute its Heat Top Up cycle (this can be done by running the hot water tap with the power off).
Top up operation should take approx 2/3 mins.
