Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove fuse from fuse holder located in the main terminal block

Measurement:

Measure the resistance of the fuse.
Refit fuse after test.
