Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to Resistance 
Remove burner door from appliance
Measurement:
Check spark electrode is in good overall condition:
Ceramic in good condition.
Electrode not warped or distorted.
Spark gap between electrodes should be 3.5mm +/- 1mm.
Spark gap from electrodes to burner should be approx. 10mm.
Check for continuity (zero resistance)
between the ends of the electrode.
Note:
Electrode shown removed for illustration only.
Per manufacturer instructions the burner seals should be checked before refitting, however they do not require replacement unless the seals are worn or damaged. Refer to ADAPT for more information.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
