Before continuing fault finding please ensure the appliance is set as follows:
1. Both hot water and heating are enabled, button cycles through modes: OFF - DHW only - DHW and Heating
2. Hot water temperature is set to maximum (60°C)
3. Heating temperature is set to maximum (82°C)
The value will not be stored until display stops flashing.
Remember to set back to customer preference when diagnosis is complete.
