Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Turn DHW isolation valve off

Observation:

With boiler's DHW circuit drained remove and inspect the DHW sensor, check it is in good overall condition with no signs of scale build-up.
