Observation:
Reset appliance (hold down both arrow buttons until display changes).
Does the boiler reset?
If the boiler does not reset try turning the mains power off for 10 seconds then back on again.
If the boiler has reset, does it run and operate for DHW or does the fault code reoccur?
Note:
If the boiler resets and operates but the fault code is intermittent or is repeatedly reoccurring then select the fault code reoccurs outcome.
