Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
Disconnect LV2 from the PCB

Measurement:

Test 1:
Measure the resistance between pin 14 (blue) and pin 15 (green) at connector LV2.
Resistance should be approximately 23 Ohms.
Test 2:
Measure the resistance between pin 16 (black) and pin 17 (red at connector LV2.
Resistance should be approximately 23 Ohms.
Are the resistances measured as expected?
