Observation:
This appliance can be programmed to use the outdoor temperature sensor for frost protection, it will run the pump if the outside temperature drops below the set limit regardless of the appliance temperature.
Check the settings of the frost protection using the outdoor sensor as follows:
Enter installer/service mode (press and hold the tap and radiator symbols for 3 seconds)
Select "settings" > "heating curve" > "frost protection"
If frost protection is turned off choose that option below.
If it is turned on check the set point for frost protection as follows:
"settings" > "heating curve" > "frost temp limit"
Also check the outside temperature then select the appropriate option below.
