Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Observation:
Visually inspect the venturi to ensure it is not restricted or blocked - it may be necessary to shine a torch inside to see clearly.
Notes:
1. This check is intended to be carried out with the venturi assembly in situ as the narrowest part of the assembly is at the front. However if you are suspicious of the venturi/air intake assembly it may be advisable to remove the venturi assembly to allow the grey plastic rear section and fan air intake duct to be inspected.
2. There should be a security seal to mark the correct location of the Venturi adjustment ring. However if this is missing and it is not possible to see where it was previously set a base setting for the adjustment is in the area marked H for NG, and the area marked LPG for LPG, the area marked L is not relevant in the UK- CO/CO2 readings will still need to be checked per TOP's and MI's.
