Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
NO demand
Preheat switched OFF (ECO button illuminated)
Remove connector ST17 from PCB
Preheat switched OFF (ECO button illuminated)
Remove connector ST17 from PCB

Measurement:
Test 1:
Measure the voltage across pin 2 at location ST17 on the PCB and DC neutral terminal.
Test 2:
Measure the voltage across pin 5 at location ST17 on the PCB and DC neutral terminal.
Expected voltage approximately 26V DC.
Measure the voltage across pin 2 at location ST17 on the PCB and DC neutral terminal.
Test 2:
Measure the voltage across pin 5 at location ST17 on the PCB and DC neutral terminal.
Expected voltage approximately 26V DC.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
