Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to Resistance 
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
Measurement:
Measure the resistance between Fr and Fs.
Open circuit expected.
Note:
If no external frost protection is fitted then there should be nothing connected to Fr and Fs.
